The public website explains the service. The application itself lives at /mediamanager/app and includes library, calendar, publications, connected accounts and analytics.

How it works

From authorization to a published TikTok video.

Reviewers can follow the same path in the application: connect, inspect public videos, compose a post, confirm TikTok options and check delivery status.

  1. Create the workspace

    An organization and a managed account isolate client work. Social accounts are attached to that managed account, not stored as a single global login.

  2. Authorize TikTok

    Login Kit requests user.info.basic, video.list and video.publish. The operator sees the scopes before accepting. MediaManager never asks for passwords.

  3. Review public inventory

    Display API returns public videos only. Drafts and native TikTok schedules are not invented. Disconnecting revokes the token.

  4. Publish with confirmation

    Direct Post uses file upload. Immediately before sending, MediaManager queries TikTok creator options and requires an explicit privacy choice and music/policy confirmation.

  5. Follow status and revoke

    Publication status is stored per destination. The operator can disconnect TikTok in MediaManager or remove the app from TikTok settings.

TikTok integration

Login Kit, Display API and Content Posting in the same product.

MediaManager is a multi-tenant publishing workstation. TikTok is used so creators and agencies can connect an account, inspect public videos and publish original content they already manage in the workspace.

What the operator can do today

  • Identity: basic profile after explicit Login Kit consent.
  • Inventory: public videos through Display API (video.list).
  • Publishing: Direct Post with video.publish and file upload. The operator chooses privacy from the options TikTok returns.
  • Control: disconnect revokes the token. Scopes can be refused on TikTok's consent screen.
