Terms built for responsible social operations.

These Terms govern access to and use of MediaManager, a web service operated by Elashera. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use MediaManager for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

MediaManager helps teams organize social content, manage brands and campaigns, connect authorized third-party accounts, synchronize available public content and coordinate supported publication workflows. Features vary by provider, account type and permissions granted.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and authorized to access every organization, brand and social account you connect. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

3. Connected platforms

Connecting YouTube, TikTok or another platform does not transfer ownership of that account to MediaManager. Your use of each provider remains subject to its own terms, policies and technical limits. You decide whether to authorize access and may disconnect a provider. Elashera does not control provider availability, review decisions or API changes.

4. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content and account data you provide. You grant Elashera only the limited rights needed to host, process, transform and transmit that material to deliver the features you request. You confirm that you have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions for the content and accounts you use.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use MediaManager to violate law or third-party rights; publish deceptive, harmful or unauthorized material; bypass provider controls; scrape or probe the service; introduce malware; access another tenant; or share credentials or tokens improperly. Automated use must remain within documented interfaces and applicable provider limits.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to operate MediaManager reliably, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law or provider rules, or improve the service. Material changes to these Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to address security risk, unlawful use, a serious breach, provider requirements or harm to other users. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through Support.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, MediaManager is provided “as is” and “as available”. Elashera is not responsible for third-party platform outages, content removal, account sanctions or business decisions made from incomplete provider data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting mandatory protections that apply in your country. Disputes should first be raised through Support so the parties can seek a practical resolution; jurisdiction will be determined under applicable law.
